Vintage Lionel, American Flyer & Marx Model Railroad Accessories

I am offering a group of miscellaneous model railroad accessories I purchase in box with other items. These items came in box marked for 2 Lionel No.1122 non de-railing remote control 027 switches. The 1122 pieces were not in the box. There is the following:
- 4 HO scale plastic signs
- 1 Lionel No. 71 street light & box
- 4 manual decouplers
- 3 accessory track clips
- 3 base pieces
- 2 Marx electric street lights
- 2 non electrified plastic street lights
- 37
American Flyer No. 693 Train Track Clips
- 1 American Flyer Control Button and an unmarked button.
- 8 other un-identified pieces found in the box.
All the parts are as shown and appear to be in reasonably good condition.
