This authentic vintage convertible necklace/bracelet is by Tiffany & Co. The heart charm and lobster clasp is crafted from sterling silver and 4mm pale rose quartz beads are strung on a single pink thread. The piece can be worn as a necklace or folded into a double beaded band bracelet with a heart charm. It is hallmarked 1995 Tiffany & Co. 925.
