The plates are DynaSub (dye sublimation) prints on aluminum. There may be about a 1mm fluctuation over in width/height of the original plate due to the cutting process of the aluminum. The manufacturer told me this was unavoidable. The flip side is backed with 3M adhesive so the plate can attach directly to coin door.
