This Used Steering Wheel Assembly will mount right onto your Xtreme Rally driving game. It is a Happ Controls Steering Wheel, so it may fit many other driving games as well. The assembly to be purchased consists of
the Steering Wheel, Center Cap, Bolts (2 security torx, one hex head) and Mounting Hub.
The mounting hub looks like it should go onto the same shaft/ feedback motor assembly as in the Crusin' USA series games.  Please double check for your purpose though. I do have the motor assembly this wheel was attached to in a separate listing. If you wanted both items, I am willing to combine the shipping for you - to save you money!
Again, this Steering Wheel Assembly is used, has some wear, but still in decent functional shape.
