Sega ST-V Arcade PCB (partially working / for parts)
Physical Condition (please examine photos for details):
Overall, this board looks good visually as far as I can tell. I don't see any signs of corrosion or other apparent physical problems.
This board has BRAND NEW capacitors installed on it sourced from Console5.com.
Functional Condition:
The board will boot to the test menu.
When performing the memory test, it reported IC27 as bad when a game was inserted.
When no game was inserted, it reported IC27, IC29, and IC30 as bad.
When booting to a game, the graphics look a bit distorted and eventually the game will freeze over time.
