It is missing items - like the pot, handle grips brake assembly. Springs back to 'home" position with ease. Could use some freshing up with paint, but still a working functional base to build from. Great for your restoration project, your home build, or as a spare. Its big and heavy. Shipping costs reflect that. Please look at the pictures for condition and what you would be receiving. This Sega Hang On Steering Handle Control Assembly needs some work as well as other parts - a rebuilt basically. But it is a good foundation for a restoration project or to have as a spare. Not too many of these Factory Original parts out there any more.
Its big and heavy, 12 pounds (5.5 kg) alone, without reinforced boxing and packaging.
Shipping costs reflect that.
