    Measuring about 21 inches square this is a black scarf or bandana printed WILLIE NELSON FAN CLUB.The bandana has the image of the state of Texas and near one edge is printed "KENTON '91" so I assume the item dates to the 1990's.I see no damage so I will grade the item excellent with no damage to the embossed style white text.I could not find much information on the scarf or bandana so I assume it was only given to members of the WILLIE NELSON FAN CLUB .....FREE shipping in USA
