This is an original 1949 American Flyer M2690 65 page Manual.
The cover is yellowed, has a tear on lower  front edge and is completely detached-came off the staples.
The back cover and blank pages have my Dad’s 1950’s layout notes and sketches in pencil.
This vintage manual printed pages are in very legible condition with some
tears
, folds or creases.
