It makes sense; any hydraulic system will rely on powerful vacuums to move large amounts of fluids very quickly, and if there are any parts that aren’t air tight, that strong vacuum will simply suck more and more outside air into the system. When coupled with a hand vacuum pump the OEMTOOLS Power Steering and Bleeder Kit will allow user to help remove trapped air in Power Steering and Brake System components and lines. The hand pump acts as a gentle second vacuum in the system. As you pump the fluid powerfully through your lines—either by pumping your breaks or turning your wheel from lock to lock—the hand pump gently removes trapped air from your lines as the fluid rushes past.
