All freight is shipped on a pallet, banded, and shrink wrapped

If there is damage, it is your responsibility to have the carrier mark it when signing

The carrier may place the freight in your garage, but is not required to do so

Used items have no warranty but we guarantee items to be as described

If we inaccurately describe an item we will exchange, replace, or refund it free ofcharge

There is a 20% restocking fee to cover all associated cost and fees

You must contact us prior to returning an item or the item will be refused
