All Pusher Motors should have fans. Without the fan motors will overheat and burn out reducing the motor's lifespan). There are less quality motors out there that look similar and will fit and may or may not have a fan, however they are designed for various functions and for different Arcade Games and aren't meant for the heavy use in Quarter Pusher Machines.
