Here is an original Wells Gardner K7000 monitor remote adjustment board holder for a 19" or 25" Raster scan monitor.  This also works for the newer style 2475 and 2775 remote boards.  I have more than one of these so the one you get may not be the exact one in the pictures, but will be in similar and working condition.
