You are looking at a Merit Megatouch III Circuit Board. This board has been turned on for testing. It has graphical issues such as lines going through the screen and intermittent flashing of colors and lines through the screen. The lines going through the screen are pictured above. Board sometimes needs to be turned on and off multiple times until it boots. This board is being sold as is.
