I don't have any information on the lens board,
I

know brand, with what camera it was used and for what lens is it..
Lens board is metal, aluminum.
Lens board has a cylinder on, cylinder is attached with 4 screws.
Lens board has signs of use. See images for detail.
Lens board base is
approximately
99 x 99 mm from edge to edge.  I
don't
have some
sophisticated
measuring gear so take this value with reserve, there is chance of error.
Lens board cylinder diameter is
approximately
80mm (inside diameter of the cylinder at the front part).

There is thread inside the cylinder on the front side.
Some signs of use on the lens board body. (evaluate from the photos).
