    This is a vintage mola created by the Kuna Tribe from San Blas, Panama. It is very intricate stitching by hand, that can take up to two months to create. This is an unusual geometric motif, with two shield designs featuring a multitude of colors. Red, orange, yellow, blue, turquoise green, purple, pink all outlined in black. It is stitched on a burgundy fabric, with a gold fabric backing shown in the second picture.
