It has been said this photo was taken at the original Vulcan Gas Company venue on Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas with its notorious drainpipe backdrop. However some believe this to be The Scene in New York City. Some have also stated it was an impromptu jam at The Record Plant as well. Incredible and very rare find!
