A concert program and ticket stub for Jimi Hendrix's legendary Band of Gypsys shows, at New York’s Fillmore East on December 31, 1969, and January 1, 1970.Hendrix and his new group played two shows each night; this ticket stub is for the New Year's Eve show, which began at 10:30 PM on December 31st

The 28 page program also includes shows on January 2-3 by the Grateful Dead, Lighthouse and Cold Blood. It features photos and a biographies of all bands except Band of Gypsys; ”Quotes for the New Year” (Jimi Hendrix: “All the hangups of 1969–Kiss my behind,”) and mostly full page ads for other Fillmore East shows by Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce, Santana and others; and period ads for albums by the Dead, Incredible String Band, Moody Blues, The Nice, Blood Sweat and Tears, and the debut album by the Allman Brothers Band. In excellent condition. A rare program from one of the most legendary Hendrix concerts ever.
