DSI 3D Lab Resin is made to create detailed, high-resolution dental models. This resin characterized by its high degree of accuracy, making this material suitable for detailed prosthodontic, orthodontic or any other model where high precision and mechanical properties is a must.
It has been developed in conjunction with dental technologists to ensure an optimal color, feel, and working characteristics. Printed parts exhibit extremely high tensile properties and hardness. The models show highly visual details due to color and opacity and have an ideal surface for scan impressions.
Microscopic precision up to 10 microns in each model more precise than any leading dental lab technician out there.

Liquid - The resin has relatively low viscosity. Decreases time for leveling, easy to clean to provide maximum accuracy at minimum time.
Odorless - Odorless Resin, causes no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation without special technique.
Low shrinkage - Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size as the 3D model on your computer and does not change the size after post-curing.
Safe - Resin does not contain solvents and volatile monomers, irritating compounds. No fumes, odor and allergic reaction.
Hard And Elastic - Resin have 85-92 Shore D hardness and elasticity at the same time. These unique properties are very useful in printing durable non-brittle models, you can use master models for casting in rubber several times.
Heat resistant - Models have long-term stability under 100°C makes it possible to cast it in cold and hot silicone or 2-components resin molds. Also has short-term stability up to 180°C and models can be used for films thermosetting.
Stable - Resin is very stable, you can leave it for a long time vat, no occurrence of sedimentation or gel formation – no need to mix.
Cost-effective - Resin is effective and productive in relation to its cost.
