China,
The pattern number is #6577
.
The  footed teacup
stands 2 5/8"
and 3 1/4" in diameter.
The scalloped saucer is 5 1/2".
There are no cracks, chips or grazing.
Some tiny pattern breaks on both.
Some slight wear of the gold trim on both pieces.
Otherwise, Very Good Condition.
