    Description

    The DS Series DSR2161 single user 16-port switch provides both digital and analog connectivity to PC-based servers. The DSR2161 model contains one local port for access at the rack and an Ethernet port allowing one user access over IP. Avocent's patented OSCAR on-screen GUI reporting interface provides rack level access and control. DSView Windows interface offers flexible access for IP-based server management from any location in the world. The DSR2161 works with the DSRIQ smart cable. The DSRIQ CAT 5 cabling provides connectivity from the DSR2161 to the server. With its CAT 5 design, the DSRIQ significantly reduces cable bulk in the rack and is well suited for high-density installations.
