AS IS condition. Lots of scratches, marks & missing paint from normal use & age. Requires 3 AA batteries (not included). The hat lights up when you push the top button on his hat to activate, or by pushing different "tools"...which also activates lots of different sounds & phrases (see list below). The eye brows & mouth on the workbench used to move, but doesn't any more (see 2nd photo). All the other functions work great. 3 nails in front push down (see 3rd photo), 2 nails in the red tub move up & down (see 4th & 5th photos), the vise grip on the bench opens & closes by pulling the lever on the side (see 6th & 7th photos) & the saw "saws" the plastic board on the bench making sounds & laying the piece on it's side (see 8th photo). The hammer is missing...and 1 of the 2 saw horses is missing. The saw horse (see 9th photo) & the saw (see 10th photo) are not attached to workbench...and do not make sounds. There is some black marks on the bottom (see last photo).
