27C64, 27C128, 27C256, and 27C512 are supported)

You can pick one of the options:

Do not forget to solder in address jumpers as required by the EPROM chip you use:
27C64: A14 must be jumped to VCC, A13 is not used in the chip
27C128:
A14 must be jumped to VCC, A13 selects upper/lower half -- jump A13 to GND if unsure
27C256 and 27C512: A13 and
A14 selects different part (1/4) of the chip -- jump both A13 and A14 to GND if unsure
If you use 27C512, burn ROM code into the upper half of the chip
as pin 1 (A15) is connected to Vcc (this is required for 2764-27256 to work).
The board can also be used to make a reverse adapter to read 23xx EPROMs in a programmer that only supports 27xx EPROMs. See last picture for instructions.
