There are informative articles about Jimi and plenty of candid photos from his concerts. Most endearing to me are the family photos. No kidding -- real family photos including his service portrait from the U.S. Army.
In spite of what many people thought of him "back in the day," this fellow was a genuine American who loved his country! And many people of his day failed to understand. It was his love of country that caused him to write and sing the songs he did.
