In my opinion this 1861 seated liberty half dime is in very nice abt XF Extremely Fine condition with AMAZING Rainbow Color Toning, as you can easily see from the photos.  An absolutely gorgeous coin!  Great eye appeal and Very sharp devices!  I don't know if this coin has been cleaned, but most coins have been cleaned in some way in the past, so please assume this coin has to avoid any misunderstandings.
