Lolipop & Arrow Sweep Second Hand #140
The item that you receive WILL be ONE of the hands that are shown in the pictures.
They appear to need a clean up and most of them will need to be repainted and re-lumed.
They are painted "white" with luminous tips but if you remove the paint they can be installed as "silver tone."
"NEW OLD STOCK" but in need of "restoration" or "alteration."
